My 4mth old DS likes to feed on nap time, so he falls asleep whilst feeding. I have read that a routine should be feed, play and sleep... I have tried to change the feeding pattern, but he still wants to be BF before naptime which then means he has a double feed. Does anyone have any suggestions on changing feeding a routine? Or should I be worrying about this at all?
